One of the largest European Industrial REITs decided to #stratle its ongoing innovation efforts.
The initiatives we have worked on includes a PropTech inspired innovation strategy which resulted in various Venture Capital investments, internal transformation efforts and new business models focussed on tech enabled emerging asset classes.

Stratle worked with one of the largest South African Coal Mining companies to review the performance of its internal venture investing arm. The findings of this assessment resulted in the overhaul of the entire programme with Stratle colleagues joining the client’s Investment Committee and implementing transformational changes to their ongoing operations.
Subsequently, we have supported them on ‘second core’ strategy initiatives, including a mineral diversification strategy and a renewable energy strategy. The latter resulted in the acquisition of one of the largest renewable players in the South African market.

Stratle has supported one of the UK’s largest media content producers on their various tech/ start-up focussed acquisition efforts and strategies through various DD projects and strategic buy recommendations.

Stratle has worked on several initiatives with some of Europe’s most prominent Online Betting and Gambling Founders and Entrepreneurs. Over the last years, we have #stratled various ideas, turned them into business propositions, explored emerging growth avenues, and helped create one of the most unique venture building vehicles into this emerging space.

Stratle worked with a UK Tech VC to incubate a real estate marketplace disruptor. A Stratle colleague took over the COO role of the company and brought in a Stratle team to support product development, market launches and further fund raising support.
